The room was the way to go, just spectacular, regardless of time of day or weather. It was left dirty until I voiced my displeasure, but had a beautiful lake view this morning; however, it is not worth the extra $.
The hotel had a mix of stale smoke and bad cologne in the room, and it was not ready upon check-in as expected. However, the single bed room I reserved turned out to be what I had booked. The service, especially from the front desk clerk, was incredible despite the initial room issue. The location was very good for both the view and convenience to downtown. The dining experience was beyond what I've experienced in most hotels, although some items were overpriced and took a while to be available. The facilities overall were well done, making my stay pleasant and comfortable.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and bad. The rooms, although clean and tidy, were small and a bit outdated. The service was friendly and helpful, but at times, responsiveness could have been better. The location was convenient with beautiful views, but navigating the turnaround area was a challenge. The room was very nice with a very comforting bed, and within 20 minutes of check-in, we experienced a leak from the air conditioner. However, the hotel was very kind to upgrade our room and very attentive to ensure we were happy.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely open feel, but there were missing light fixtures in the bathroom ceiling, and the hotel was under construction during my stay. On the bright side, the rooms were airy and comfortable.
